1.1 We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and RemStoneTherapy.comâs rights and obligations to each other.Â
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
2.2 It is an essential precondition to you using our website that you agree and accept that RemStoneTherapy.com is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. This includes your use or reliance on any third-party content, links, comments or advertisements. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.Â

3.COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT
3.1 Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, modified or restricted under the Australian Consumer Law and are in addition to any manufacturer or supplier warranty.
3.2 For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), RemStoneTherapy.comâs liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.
3.3 You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.Â
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS
4.1 Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of RemStoneTherapy.com.
4.2 Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 RemStoneTherapy.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
5.2 Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of RemStoneTherapy.com.
5.3 In reference to digital training products, we provide a 14 day in full money back Happiness Guarantee. Please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for not being happy with the training product. This Happiness Guarantee will only be applied once the training product has been completed in full, including all lessons, video content and included workshops if applicable.  Our aim is to share and save massage therapists thumbs and wrists and to assist them towards optimal health and wellbeing. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you with the happiness of our training products we will process a refund. Please note this Happiness Guarantee is a one-time offer.

All information we receive from our customers is protected by our secure servers. RemStoneTherapy.comâs secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. 9.1 We do not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and assist in meeting customer needs generally. 15.1 This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of NSW and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and RemStoneTherapy.com that results in litigation, then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

1. REMSTONE THERAPY COACHING
Our Coaching Program is divided into Three Levels of Learning. Our courses are thoughtfully designed to be sequential, ensuring a structured and effective learning journey. Each course builds upon the knowledge and skills acquired in previous levels, with certain courses having prerequisites to ensure you have the necessary foundation. This approach allows for a progressive development of both technique and theoretical understanding. Depending on your current level of experience and skill set, your training pathway will be tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring you gain the most from each course. By following this sequential structure, we ensure that every massage therapist can achieve mastery at their own pace, ultimately leading to a comprehensive and well-rounded expertise. Please note the prerequisites for each course and refer to the Course Outline Sheets for benefits and inclusions.Â
1.1 Level 1 â FOUNDATIONAL
This is the very first introduction to RemStone Therapy, and for some, the first time using stones as massage tools, and is a prerequisite to all other coaching courses. It includes Module 1 - RemStone 101, Module 2 - Equilpoise, and Module 3 - Remedial coaching courses. Every massage therapist begins with Module 1 - RemStone 101, then progress with Module 2 and then to the next level to Module 3 depending on your preference, stone skills, and type of experience as a massage therapist.Â
1.2 Level 2 â GROWTH
This next level is aimed at growing your stone skills once you have completed your foundational learning of RemStone Therapy. This level includes Module 4 - Deep Tissue, Extension Course #1 Pregnancy, and Extension Course #2 SpaStone.
1.3 Level 3 â MASTERY
This level is when all your stone skills are eager to delve deeper and become the master you were always meant to be! This level includes Module 5 -Â Triggafascia, Module 6 - Sportzonal, Extension Course #3 AromaStone.

6. GAINING CPEs
For RemStone Therapy to inform your Massage Association about potential Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points:
- You must fully complete a course with certification (includes workshops & video submissions), or be in person for a live webinar and obtain a certificate of completion/attendance.
- You must complete the CPE request form on our website.
Please note, although we believe our courses should be included in all massage colleges due to their original premise and the way they address work, health, and safety issues for Massage Therapists, we cannot guarantee that your Association will issue Continuing Education accreditation.
7. EXCESSIVE USE OF COURSE CONTENT & SHARING YOUR LOGIN DETAILS
While all courses are available for lifetime access, we do monitor usage and occasionally update the format. We operate on a basis of trust, but as our product is trademarked, we take plagiarism seriously. Sharing your login details or providing free access to others is strictly prohibited. Honesty is key, and if you're found abusing this by sharing your login, you will be permanently banned. Creating and developing RemStone Therapy has required significant time and financial investment, and we offer it to you at a fraction of its true value. We allow a reasonable number of logins and understand the time required to complete our courses. If you encounter any issues accessing your content, please contact us for assistance.
Trainee Terms: Responsibility & Safe Handlings

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These Trainee Terms apply to anyone who enrolls in, attends, completes, or represents completion of any RemStone Therapy course, workshop, certification, or related training materials (Trainee). The Terms govern Trainee conduct when learning, practicing, and applying stone-based techniques in any setting.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By enrolling, accessing training materials, or using RemStone techniques, you confirm that youâve read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you donât agree, donât enroll or use the methods.
3. EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY
No Medical Advice. RemStone Therapy training is educational. It doesnât diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and isnât a substitute for medical advice. Trainees must comply with all licensing, scope-of-practice, and local laws applicable to their profession and location.
4. TRAINEE RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTY OF CARE
You accept sole responsibility for:
4.1 Safety first: selecting appropriate stones, inspecting for cracks/defects, managing temperatures and edges, using barrier media/towels, and keeping all tools hygienic.
4.2 Client screening: gathering health history, checking contraindications (e.g., vascular issues, neuropathy, skin disorders, pregnancy, anticoagulants, recent surgery), and refraining when contraindicated.
4.3 Informed consent: explaining the technique, risks, expected sensations (pressure, warmth/cool), and alternatives; obtaining clear consent before each session and before any change in approach.
4.4Technique control: maintaining safe temperature ranges, testing on yourself first, frequent temperature checks, avoiding prolonged pressure/heat on bony prominences, and monitoring skin response.
4.5 Environment & equipment: keeping a clear workspace; safely placing/heating/cooling stones with appropriate devices; never using consumer appliances that arenât designed for professional thermal control.
4.6 Hygiene: cleaning/sanitizing stones, tools, and surfaces according to your local health regulations and industry standards.
4.7 Documentation: maintaining accurate session notes, consent records, temperatures used, and any adverse responses.
4.8 Post-care & referrals: giving aftercare instructions and referring clients to qualified health professionals when issues exceed your scope.
5. PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AND SUPERVISION
You agree to practice only within your current competence and license/scope. Training and certificates from RemStone Therapy do not grant any right to practice where restricted by law. When in doubt, seek supervision or additional training before applying techniques to the public.
6. INSURANCE
You agree to maintain appropriate professional liability insurance (and product liability insurance, if applicable) for your practice and location, and to provide evidence of coverage upon reasonable request.
7. Misuse and Prohibited Conduct You must not:
7.1 Apply techniques when contraindicated or beyond your competence.
7.2 Use stones with unsafe temperatures, damaged surfaces, or unsanitary conditions.
7.3 Rely on consumer devices for heating/cooling in place of professional, regulated equipment.
7.4 Represent RemStone methods as medical treatment or as guaranteed to produce specific outcomes.
8. INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONER
No Agency Trainees are independent practitioners. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or representative of RemStone Therapy. You must not imply that RemStone supervises your client sessions.
9 ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand and accept the inherent risks of manual therapy and stone handling (e.g., bruising, burns, skin irritation, exacerbation of underlying conditions). You assume all risks arising from your choices in screening, technique, temperature control, and aftercare.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemStone Therapy and its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, claim, or damages (including indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages) arising from:
10.1 Your misuse or misunderstanding of training content,
10.2 Your acts or omissions with clients,
10.3 Your failure to screen, obtain consent, or follow safety protocols,
10.4 Your choice of stones, temperatures, equipment, or environment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RemStone Therapy, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from and against any thirdâparty claims, demands, actions, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneysâ fees) arising out of or related to:
11.1 Your practice of any techniques,
11.2 Client allegations of injury or dissatisfaction,
11.3 Your negligence or breach of these Terms or of applicable laws/standards.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRANDINGÂ
All course materials, names, brands, and trademarks (including âRemStone Therapyâ and related marks) are owned by RemStone Therapy. You may state factual completion of training, but you may not use RemStone trademarks as your business name, imply endorsement, or modify/redistribute training materials without written permission. Follow any published brand-use guidelines.
13. Adverse Event Reporting
If a significant adverse event occurs in connection with your use of RemStone techniques, we recommend notifying RemStone Therapy within 72 hours (without sharing personally identifiable health information) to support ongoing safety improvements.
14. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version. Your continued use of training or techniques after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RemStone Therapy maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Parties agree to goodâfaith negotiation first; if unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

By enrolling in RemStone training, accessing training materials, or applying RemStone techniques in any setting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, and that you accept full responsibility for safe handling of stones and client care.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
RemStone Therapy online Training & Live EventsÂ
This policy applies to RemStone Therapy training courses, workshops, coaching, and any physical or digital products associated with training.
1. BOOKINGS AND ACCESS
1.1 Live Events/workshops: Your seat is secured once payment (or deposit, if offered) is received. Weâll email event details and any prerequisites.
1.2 Digital products: Access begins at purchase unless stated otherwise.
2. YOUR CHANGES: RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
2.1 Live Coaching Events / Workshops (inâperson or live online): Date changes are typically available up to 7 days before the start, subject to availability and prerequisites.
2.2 Within 7 days, transfers may not be available and fees may apply.
2.3 Digital training: Cancellations donât apply once access is granted. See the Happiness Guarantee below.
3. CHANGES: RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS BY REMSTONE THERAPY
3.1 We may reschedule or cancel if minimum numbers arenât met, the trainer is unavailable, or safety/venue/platform issues arise. You may accept a new date or receive a refund of the affected booking fee.
3.2 Minimum numbers are 10 per workshop (unless otherwise stated due to another concurrent workshop assisting with viability). The maximum number in each workshop is 16 (unless otherwise stated) to assist the workshops to remain intimate and to optimise the coaching environment for all.
4. TRANSFERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
4.1 You may request to transfer to a future workshop date or nominate a substitute attendee up to 7 days prior, subject to availability and prerequisites.
4.2 Please note the substitute attendee is required to be at the same training level, ie, all prerequisite training courses completed for the level of training to attend.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Australian Consumer Law:Â We handle returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your statutory rights under the ACL apply in addition to any goodwill policies below.
5.2 DIGITAL TRAINING PRODUCTS

- Our promise: We want you to love your training. We provide a 14âday, moneyâback Happiness Guarantee.
- How it works: Notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason youâre not satisfied, and show completion of the training in full (all lessons, video content, and included workshops, if applicable). We may request reasonable proof (e.g., lesson progress, worksheets).
- What weâll do: Weâll offer support first (coaching, guidance, technical help). If we canât resolve it, weâll refund to your original payment method.
- Oneâtime offer: The Happiness Guarantee is a oneâtime offer per customer for each course. Reâenrolling in the same course after a refund waives further guarantee claims for that course.
- Exclusions: The guarantee doesnât apply to intentional misuse, prohibited sharing of materials, or breaches of our Terms.
6. NO-SHOW, LATE ARRIVAL AND EARLY DEPARTURE (workshops/courses)
6.1 Noâshows are not refundable. Late arrivals may miss content; weâll assist where possible, but refunds arenât provided for missed time. Early departures are treated as attendance.
6.2 Fitness to attend and prerequisites Youâre responsible for meeting any stated prerequisites and for ensuring youâre fit to participate. We may decline participation if safety or prerequisites arenât met
7. PAYMENTS AND CHARGEBACKS
7.1 Please contact us first to resolve any issues. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of course access while we investigate.

8. REGIONAL & LONG DISTANCE LOCATIONS - WORKSHOPS TRAVEL SURCHARGE
8.1 For workshops held in regional or long-distance locations, a $100 per person travel surcharge applies.
This includes Perth, Hobart & Auckland.
These long-distance workshop locations have been organised at the request of massage therapists who rarely receive training opportunities in their area and are willing to contribute the surcharge to make these sessions possible.
This fee helps cover the additional travel, accommodation and flight costs required to deliver in-person training in these areas.
If we can organise a suitable group to your location, we will run the workshop â this surcharge ensures the training remains viable.
9. WORKSHOPS GENERAL CONDITIONS
9.1Â Equipment & Supplies
Due to the travel requirements of the Coach â who is already transporting heavy stones and training materials â massage tables, towels, oil, and any general setup items will be supplied by participating students.
A simple coordination plan will be organised and confirmed with all attendees closer to the workshop date.
9.2 Catering
Morning tea, water, and afternoon tea are provided.
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own lunch during the scheduled break.

10.1 We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy (see our website). Some requests may require identity verification.
11. UPDATESÂ
11.1 We may update this policy by posting a new version with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. If anything here conflicts with the ACL or other applicable law, the law prevails.
