TIME: 9am - 1pm ish
PROVIDED:
- Group Practical Coaching for 3-4hrs
- Coffee, Tea, Almond Milk
- Lunch provided - pretty much a green salad, and/or my organic delish healthy soup and protein for lunch, gf, low carb. Let me know any food issues.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Mobile Massage Table (if you have one)
- Stones Set
- Your Water
- A small slice etc for morning tea (what you like to eat, take it with you if we don't eat it!) (pls make it GF, Low card and healthy!)
- Open mind, patience and a big smile!
Follow road right through Maleny town and I'm 10 mins past Maleny. Curramore Road is on the right, follow till you see the Telco tower, my house is on left just before tower, sandstone letterbox. Driveway can be a bit suss, so if you aren't comfortable, park car at top and I'll come get you, or walk down.
